Returns Policy

We have a 14 Day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to send your return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

OUR SIMPLE 3 STEP RETURNS PROCESS:

  1. Pop your item(s) in a packaging bag with your packing slip. Please make a note of which items you are returning and why. 
  2. Post back to our HQ (we advise you use a tracked service):

  1. You will receive an automatic email notification from our website once your return has been received and your refund has been approved. If there are any issues with your return, our customer service team will contact you. We aim to process returns within 1 working day.

Faulty/damaged items
Please inspect the items upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items 
We do not offer returns or refunds on custom/pre-ordered items as these are made to order items. Final sale/seconds & sample items are NON-returnable, the price reflects this on all items. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items, the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect the item upon delivery and reach out to us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue and take corrective action promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products, including special orders.
  • Perishable items such as food or plants.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Refunds
